OUR LIFE IN THE SPORTS SCHOOL CAMPUS

Morning Routine : Starts at 6:00 AM with a warm-up session for all games.
Weekly Training :
  • Monday: Fartlek training
  • Tuesday: Plyometric training
  • Wednesday: Yoga
  • Thursday & Friday: Weight training for specific games
  • Saturday: Team activities and recreation
Mental Conditioning : Motivational talks on Saturdays.
Custom Programs :
  • Elite: 6 hours/day
  • Intermediate: 4 hours/day
  • Beginners: 2.5 hours/day
Nutrition & Performance : Diet monitored by nutritionists; progress tracked by the Sports Manager and shared quarterly.
Outdoor Camps : Advanced training through Mentor's Academy camps.
Friendly Matches : Regular matches with local clubs to build confidence and test skills.
Holistic Care : Academic support, recreational activities, and dedicated facilities ensure all-around development.
Motivation : Inspirational movies and sessions nurture sportsmanship.
